XXXTentacion - Ice Hotel (2014)

Don't buy "Miitopia" for anything more than $15. Seriously. I've been playing it recently and it's good but it just DRAGS. What does that have to do with this, exactly? THE SWEETASS XXXTENTACION CHARACTER YOU CAN MAKE TO PUNCH PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE FUCKIN' STOMACH!! Okay, you can't actually do that.. But maybe he'll be included as a hidden character in the new "Punch-Out!"? No, seriously, fuck this guy for that. One of the most disgusting things people have let an artist slide on. Regardless, I can separate art from artist pretty easily, and that's caught me some heat before.

XXXTentacleporn supposedly makes his debut with this EP, and my God is the mastering bad. Anything noteworthy (not that there IS anything really that noteworthy on this EP) is drowned out by the instrumentals most of the time, but the instrumentals can have a cool bit or two I guess: A sample of that guy yelling "GET OFF IT!" when a guy killed himself on live TV (I want to say "MAXIMUM EDGE" but I -really- wish I had thought of it first) in "Ocean (Interlude)" and a pretty creative use of the PS1 (or is it the PS2?) intro sound in "Blood Stains (feat. $ki Mask The Slump God & Drugz)" but this is pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel of what I've heard that XXXConcussion can do, without being outright awful, really.
