THIS IS NOT A FUCKING EP.

There's one thing I really like about Kendrick Lamar on this album, and that's that his voice combined with his inflections can be so fucking annoying sometimes that you just wanna invent a time machine so you can go back in time to bully him in high school relentlessly for being a nerd. I'm talking shoving him into lockers, giving him Indian burns, etc, dude sounds like a fuckin' nerd! If you listen to "Faith (feat. BJ The Chicago Kid And Punch)", nothing he says really comes off with that much impact because the guy is a lil' fuckin' weenie! Really, all of his boasts on here come across that he's a lil' weenie, so whatever. The beats are occasionally a bit jazzy and colorful, he mentions using his mom's van in one song, and even says "Good kid, mad city" in a lyric, so there's that whole "OOOHHHH" factor but there's really not too much on here to get excited about. It's alright, my man, but it definitely ain't great, and fuck you for calling a 15 track, hour long album an EP. Fuck you.
