Paramore - The Summer Tic EP (2006)
You know what ticks me off about Summer? How about all of these fuckin' douchebags walking around in socks + sandals?! I hate when I walk by the mirror and see one of those ugly pieces of shit.
So I was watching the Super Beard Bros playing "Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest" the other day, right? And I realized that me writing that out as the opening to this review has literally nothing to do with the rest of the review. What you can expect from this EP is a version of "Emergency" with really weird-sounding screams in the background that don't add anything to the song except try their best to add an edge to it that falls flat on its ass, although the addition of some more vocals by Hayley Williams, most notably during the bridge, is very much welcome. The other three songs are decent for what they are, especially "Stuck On You" due to its nice change of pace in the way that it's a bit more of an "epic" track for them at this point in their discography, but they're definitely not among Paramore's best tracks, like "Misery Business", "Sk8r Boi" and "Last Hope". What's that? "Misery Business" is overrated? Fuck you, dude. You don't know SHIT about SHIT you fucking piece of SHIT.
