Ramirez x Drae Da Skimask - Latino Heat (2015)
ZESTY.
I had Kiwi Strawberry flavored Gatorade for the first time today and it honestly didn't have much flavor to it, despite what you might think, and that's when I realized that the clearer a color of Gatorade is, the less tasty it'll be. Is this common knowledge or should I write in to the newspaper with this startling find? Anyhow, this mixtape definitely has better beats than all of the shit that came before, with plenty of loud as shit sub-bass straight to your mothafuckin' ears, but Ramirez's rapping still isn't the most entertaining shit you'll find, even if it's probably the closest he's been to being an entertaining rapper up to this point in his discography, I just wish he had a bit more energy or aggressiveness to his flows on here to really help compliment the ghetto as fuck beats. That being said, this shows a lot of promise for what's (hopefully) around the corner as his discography goes on. You know what's also around the corner? My local convenience store where I bought that fuckin' Gatorade. Traitors for letting me get a bottle, the lot of them.
6/10
