Childish Gambino - EP (2011)
So.. Childish Gambino was doing the whole "I'm a black nerd, nobody likes me" thing right before this EP, and now he's bragging about how many girls are on his dick? I don't get it. Anyhow, these songs all kinda suck aside from "Freaks and Geeks" which is one of those tracks of his that is full of so many little punchlines that you show to your friend who doesn't like hip-hop to blow their fuckin' minds. The rest of the EP is as stereotypically Childish Gambino as you could get, complete with awkward punchlines, occasional singing, and switching between hating on himself and bragging about himself at the blink of an eye. Since he's pretty much just a punchline-rapper on this EP, if you're past the point of where punchlines interest you, he's generally saying a whole lot of fuckin' nothing at all. Not really that bad, but it just doesn't really interest me at all.
