$UICIDEBOY$ x Black Smurf - Black $uicide Side C: The Seventh Seal (2015)
Fucking LOVE that cover. It's aesthetically pleasing as shit to me, because it seems almost like a natural moment in their lives but with the best possible lighting. I am an easily impressed man.
Oh man, drugs are a crazy thing. Your friend will just be all "why don't we SMOKE this MARIJUANA CIGARETTE??" and then next thing you know, you're in a 7/11 with a nine millimeter, eager to put a motherfucker's face to the glass if they don't have any fucking Lays Poppables. You even came into the store screaming "WHERE THE FUCKING LAYS POPPABLES AT??" and kicked a pregnant woman in the stomach, for fuck's sake! I'm saying this because I'm sure that between $crim, Ruby da Cherry and Black Smurf (nicknamed "Smack Blurf" by friends and family as a term of affection), they must've smoked enough weed to form a permanent black cloud over $crim's apartment while recording this release, and I dig it. I think all of them brought some pretty good shit to the table, especially Black Smurf (who I had previously been a -little- critical of) with his cool voice and slurry flows, and while this is probably not going to rank as being some of the best work that this duo has done, you really can't shit on this. Fuck you.
7/10
