Kitty Pryde (later to be renamed as Kitty due to legal issues concerning the Marvel superhero) is a rapper who goes over beats about awkward teenage shit that probably got a fair amount of shares on Tumblr in 2011. Imagine Tumblr girls without a social filter and that's pretty much who this mixtape tries to appeal to.

The beats are mainly just shit from Madvillain, Tyler the Creator, etc, that get reused to somewhat humorous results. The lyrical content is pretty much a mixture of awkward, insecure teenage love and rape fantasies that get interpreted as humorous due to a calm teenage girl rapping them instead of some angry-sounding male rapper. Oh yeah, this is someone you can DEFINITELY tell, whether there was a Tyler the Creator beat on this mixtape or not, was influenced by Odd Future.

Still, when she's not rapping about shit that could be viewed as influenced by Odd Future, it's an interesting look into a teenage girl's life.. For a listen or two. It just reminds you about just how shitty being an emotional teenager was, and to be honest with you, I'm constantly reminded of that in conversations with old friends every day, so why give myself PTSD flashbacks of the dreaded horror that was walking around in public, listening to Hollywood Undead on my iPod while wearing velcro-strap shoes?

Her voice has an oddly comforting nature to it, almost like she just woke up and instantly turned around to a microphone, rapping into it as she struggles to fully awake, but it still ain't anything really worth looking into.
