"War... War never changes." is a good quote from the Fallout game series, but if it was 2003, I could easily substitute "War" for "Lil Wayne" and it'd still be accurate, until a few years later, of course. If you've read any of my previous reviews for the albums before this mixtape, it's pretty much the same review for the FOURTH time but it feels like with every release, Lil Wayne gets a little bit closer to being the hip-hop legend he is now, and if you don't think he's a hip-hop legend, take your "le real hip-hop xDD" and shove it up your ass.

That all being said, this isn't worthy of a higher score than the previous releases, but it's the most interesting one out of them all so far, with more interesting beats and a few catchy songs ("Pop That Pussy" is a good tune) and while it's still not great, but shit's starting to get kinda interesting! In "Raw Tunes", we find Lil Wayne rapping over a weird electronic beat that sounds like if you took a song from the soundtrack of a Sega Genesis game and had Weezy F. Baby himself rap over it, complete with cartoon-ish sound effects. Not something you'll bump in the whip, especially with how repetitive it is towards the end, but dammit, it shows Lil Wayne getting out of the box he was in previously and that's all I give a shit about. At least this one is the one (out of the ones I've reviewed so far) that I'd be least likely to use as a coaster when drunk, but I'm still not promising anything.

6/10
